    I love this app, but it keeps putting up a pop-up to tell me that an upgrade is available. When I click the link, it takes me back to the app store which just says “open”. I don’t want to remove it from my phone and reinstall it because I don’t want to lose the data my partner and I have created.

    My spouse and I previously used this app a long time ago but didn’t follow through. We wanted to try again but all of our old progress was saved and we are getting very frustrated trying to figure out how to restart old sessions instead of picking up where we left off, because, of course, we don’t remember a bit of what we learned before and our old answer just hardly even apply anymore. There should be an easy way to restart sessions if you want to. Other wise, I think the app is great, but this part is very frustrating.

    Horrible experience!! At first I was thrilled that my girlfriend suggested this app. I was going through the exercises and reviewing the answers she shared but as I continued on I started realizing that the answers she was giving to the questions did not pertain to me or our relationship. I realized that she was talking about her ex-boyfriend Bryan! As good of a concept that this application has and as much development I’m sure you guys have put into this thing, you forgot a critical step. You need to give people the option to delete their prior history or use of the application. This realization has really take the wind out of my sails. I don’t feel “special” anymore. I honestly feel like I’m just another guy the next guy that she’s doing this doing this with now. Very disappointing!

    We love the daily question!-- we do it almost daily. I've looked for other relationship-building questions, and I haven't found any as insightful as these. The workshops are fun, especially the date night ones! I've had tech trouble with opening the app right after renewing my subscription (2 years in a row), but this has always been solved very promptly by the support staff. I recommend this app!
  • Spouse can’t create an account

    I’ve had no issues using this app but my husband downloaded it the same day as me and hasn’t been able to create an account. It keeps telling him to “provide a stronger password” even though it meets all the password criteria. Since he can’t create an account, he can’t pair with me, essentially making this app useless. I’ve contacted the app support and have gotten no response. Glad I didn’t sign up for the premium account. I’ll continue my search for a better app.

    Been trying to download and create a new account , it states I’m an existing user and that’s false information . Tried again with my back up email now says the same exact thing. This app is a waste of time and there’s no way to get help good luck to anyone who’s having the same issue I did .

    It won’t let me even put in a password so I can sign up. It has some weird text about covering for security, but it won’t go away so I can sign up

I never permitted you to charge my card, but you did! Also, I can not see a phone number to speak with anyone about it. This is the only way.…
