this app does not present me with a large number of vocabulary words that are the correct size to learn and recall. instead it presents me with a handful of very long complicated phrases and sentences, which are too long for me to digest. i am constantly being exposed to a small number of repeated terms, and although I only recognize a syllable or 2, that is enough for the computer to think that I have mastery, and so I am rewarded. Apart from this issue, which is a major flaw, I do like the app, in theory.

Just getting started with Japanese and this is a great app for visual learners like me.

I’m a huge fan of Japan and I was thrilled when I found this app because not only did I want to learn how to speak Japanese I wanted to learn how to spell it and this app has all of that! And many different topics to learn on! This app even has a word dictionary like section where you can view the words you have learned! I love how this app saves your progress and everything most apps don’t. Thank you for this app goodbye :)
