Good content and old shows but the app is horrible and doesn’t work right. I think the app is from a template my 5 year old uses in coding school.

I just started watching the main event from 2922. The commentary in the booth is like an elementary school blog. There is virtually no commentary about the hand or the players at the table. They would be better to fire them and just run the miked players. It would be good to have the option to mute the irrelevant chatter. It is distracting and pointlessly self indulgent.

Airplay disconnects every 5 minutes after last app update. Also good content with Wsop but really lacks content the rest of year. Better content for free on youtube with triton series and cash games. Will not subscribe too expensive for what it is.

This app has the feel of something that is in beta. Almost nothing is intuitive. Now I go to the website to cancel as instructed in terms and conditions and that process ends in directing me to the App Store to cancel. I missed the final table of the main event and was able to watch it on here the following night. It had already been posted to their YouTube channel in full. I don’t think I will be coming back to pay for this experience.

Please invest time and money into this app. The content is great but the app is only tolerable. Very buggy. It is almost like the people writing the app and those creating the content are not using the app themselves. Big disconnect in understanding the issues with the app.

It’s 2023. Seriously. Add casting support. Literally 2023 and this app doesn’t support casting, It’s mind blowing to me. Everyone should be boycotting this app until casting support is integrated.

It’s pretty sweet that I paid $100 for this app and it won’t open because I need a newer version of the app and I can’t find where to update it. That’s fun

Content is excellent, and on your TV it works great. However, I’ve never used a worse streaming app on my phone/iPad ever. It freezes constantly, goes black while audio still plays, you can’t scrub through and it is virtually unusable. It’s unfortunate. This is my second year with Poker Go and I will not be renewing if this doesn’t improve. Hopefully someone is paying attention to these reviews, there’s obviously a way to improve an app as hundreds of others have it down correct. Business will be lost if this doesn’t improve.

This app is easily the best place to watch poker. Hands-down, top-notch coverage of all the WSOP and other tournaments. The app itself works fairly well, pretty easy to use and the interface is not bad at all. Watching all the mix games really helps my play and it’s just fun overall. being able to see all the cards and get that information really helps my game. Thank you for that! One major problem with the WSOP streams is that the commentators are constantly spoiling the other tournaments that I haven’t watched yet. For example, they’re telling me who won “The millionaire maker”when I haven’t even watched that final table yet. It’s like telling me who dies in episode five of a TV show in episode one. So other than the spoilers, which is to me a huge, huge no-no for somebody who watches all these streams, this is a great app. The best. I understand that it’s exciting to go to other tourneys to check in on what’s going on but to spoil a whole tournament stream by announcing winners? Not sure about that strategy. App is buggy to the point it is unusable. Video feed freezes frequently despite the audio continuing on. The next video automatically playing is all buggily coded, so I just get jumped from episode to episode if I try to watch something I’ve opened or watched before. The audio gets further off sync from video as you watch. This is honestly the worst streaming service I’ve ever had. It’s too bad, every year or so I try to give PokerGO another chance because I want the poker content, but it is continuously just unusable buggy and bad, to the point the best quality content in the world can’t make up for dealing with the interface. I wish it was better on desktop…
