I am newer to Practice co and started reading this after a friend sent me a few posts Liz had written that helped me think through a lot of the questions and doubts I had been having. Since then I have read them daily for the last 4 months. Her daily posts help me sit and slow down and really embrace this process. About a month ago there was a glitch in the app and it wouldn’t open for a few days. I emailed the Practice Co team. I had a response with in a day and I was emailed the posts I had missed while the app was down. when the app was fixed the next day I still received emails from Ronalyn checking to make sure everything was working now. Thank you Liz and Ronalyn :)

I love how Liz takes our journey through day to day life and infuses it with glimpses of how God (and not just the “church” God) sees us and desires for us to be engaged with it. It is an uplifting part of my day and one I look forward to every morning. I encountered a technical glitch with my subscription a few days ago and reached out. Ronalyn emailed me a quick and easy fix that got me back up and running! Thank you!

As a semi- deconstructed former evangelical, this touches on the essence of what is true and what I still believe, while leaving out the dogma and often untrue rhetoric of most other devotionals. Real life inspiration and hope can be found here.

I love this app! It’s got great devotional with wonderful anecdotes, but for whatever reason, it stops working sometimes for weeks at a time. I’ll go from being able to read the daily devotional, to getting stuck on a loading page without a way to refresh/update/nothing. I’ve tried reaching out to Apple support and their IG about this but no response… that’s the only downside. You pay and SOMETIMES you won’t have access lol

Pocket Fuel’s words always resonate with me. It’s the first thing I read when I wake up. It’s inclusive and progressive and leaves me feeling energized and prepared for my day. I am so grateful to read these words to create a strong spiritual, mental and emotional foundation for myself.

These devotionals are visually stunning and soul touching. It’s really worth it. The messages are thoughtfully crafted and presented with love.

Liz has an incredible gift that allows her heart, mind and soul to be put into DAILY devotional messages that open our hearts and minds with a foundation of faith and love. Her work has had a profound impact in various stages of my life journey.

Liz, I love your app so much-it has been with me on my journey for the majority of my 20’s now. I have been receiving so much clarity, especially deconstructing around spirituality for myself. I was thinking, and I think it would be so cool to have a comment section in the app, where users can share their reflections / thoughts on the devotion of the day. Perhaps in doing so, we can all connect with each other, while also learning from each other and taking the valuable gems we all have to offer forward. What do you think?

I look forward to every post. The graphics, the daily devotional/provocation and the curated text that comes as a reminder later in the day. In a world offering endless resources to fix ourselves, The Practice advocates for simply being who we are…honoring it and allowing grace to make any necessary adjustments. It’s not religion but it is spiritual support delivered in an uplifting gospel.

This app is quite simply amazing. It’s how I start off my day every morning. During a time when I’m questioning a lot about my faith, Liz shows that there is another way to look at faith from a much wider inclusive perspective. If you’re deconstructing your Christian faith, this app is a must to check out. The nuggets of wisdom are rampant throughout the whole app.
