I genuinely don’t understand how they even get streaming rights to soccer games tbh. Their app is so extremely buggy. Casting to your tv is a nightmare. Audio and image lags, image quality sucks and on top of all that just to watch one game or two it’s so expensive. Honestly so bad. But

Fanatiz is a one-stop-shop for Football fans like myself. I can watch all my team's games in Brazil from anywhere in the U.S. Absolutely Love It.

This is a review of the app and not of the Programming itself, I paid for the service and installed the app on my Roku pretty simple right? nope th geniuses over at Fanatiz decided to grant you tokens for how long the app will be available on your Roku which means every 27 days you have to Jump thru hoops with the most terrible customer service known to man this side of America’s to try to get the app Working again in your Roku no league is worth it for me To tie my phone while watching a game, I so over this that I have made it my personal mission for 2026 not to recommend Fanatiz to anybody and to tell people to look for other options, garbage of an app and garbage customer service.

Really great app! Has all the games I want to watch in multiple language options, clear picture, great audio. The support is also super helpful, including Nik, who went above and beyond to help!

Terrible app! Keeps crashing on iPad when trying to open live games. Fix your issues!

App worked great until version 3.6.2, now it crashes every time I try and watch a game. It works fine on my Roku, but I haven’t been able to use the app at all on iPad or iPhone in over a week.

They don’t broadcast the games they claim to ; they never respond ; it’s a scam app !!! and I’m not even talking about the poor design and constant troubleshoots.

Eu até gostava do serviço até a Copa do Mundo, mas não vi sentido de pagar dois meses por um serviço que não seria prestado, já que os jogos pararam para a Copa. Quando fui cancelar a assinatura vi a possibilidade de pausa-la por um período, o que achei conveniente, e assim o fiz, tinha acabado de renovar o mês, e agora pra minha surpresa ao retornar ao serviço fui cobrado novamente. Me sinto enganado, não por conta do valor, mas pela dificuldade de contato humano, e claro pela cobrança indevida e injusta.
