I got banned for “sending inappropriate messages” when I’m only ever nice to people on the app and I paid for a subscription with the app and the only thing I can look at is “contact support and let us know if we got it wrong” and when I ask what I did or how I can resolve the issue they just say theirs nothing I can do at the moment so why give me the option to talk to a rep if y’all won’t help me

Their customer service is garbage. I paid for a weeks worth of features and received none. Then when I contacted customer support I was given a fraction of what I was owed. On top of that you are only shown offline or old/fake profiles and they make you pay to talk to the VERY few people that are on there. Trash app and customer service. Apple needs to assess their subscription policies and descriptions.

Men saying they will RAPE AND ABUSE women on here, immediately deleted. a guy said he was going to rape a girl after he knocked her out and have his friends record it. Not safe at all

You can react to peoples profile but when they react to yours you have to pay to see who it even was and can’t add them to see who likes you.

Not one interaction I’ve had with the folks from this app has been even close to what I’d call customer service. I reach out with an issue And they blame the App Store. Didnt bother helping just said it was tha App Stores fault and sent me sad face emojis. I have screenshots.
