    I should have gotten free shipping, it said free shipping if you spend $50.00, I spent over $100.00. Plus I always loose my points and birthday gift. I guess I don’t shop often enough, but when I do I spend a lot of money of things I don’t really need. I don’t know what the stipulation was. Maybe bc I choose to pick up what I could in store….     no matter what I do & how many times I redownload this app, every time I correctly enter my login info it says “Oops! Something went wrong” and only gives me the option to hit “Dismiss.” Literally what is the point!

    Just left store on rainbow and lakemead in Las Vegas nv and the customer service was the best thank u so much to everyone that helped me especially the gentleman.... came in for two items and left with over 15 .... let's say it was one stop shop for me..... thanks again

    I get an error every time I try to log into the app. I’ve deleted and redownloaded, I’ve changd my password, nothing works. What’s worse is online. I log in online which is fine, but then I can’t log into my rewards section online. It should be like other website. If you are a member, once you log into the main site, that should be it. Like why do I have to log in again to get to my rewards account? It makes absolutely no sense. I also have old accounts tied to old emails that I cannot access. Customer Service keeps saying they’ll delete those old accounts but they never do. So every time I go to the store I have to give them correct account number, because if they type in my phone number, old accounts with old, closed emails pop up and they always choose the wrong account. Ugh. They really need some serious tech support at their company!
