It’s annoying that it always asks repayment whenever you try to report spams. Worse yet, it crashes when it tries to update the blacklist phone numbers. There’s no way to bypass the update even when you delete the app entirely and reinstall it. It goes right back to update phone numbers and crashes without any ability to bypass or exit out of updating. It’s a useless app. Delete it.

I don’t know how this all started with all these phone calls coming in that were potential scams and unknown numbers! I just knew it was driving me crazy! I ended up looking in the App Store to try to find an app that will help reduce the amount of fake calls I was getting!! I tried Numbo after trying about four or five of these apps are supposed to reduce and eliminate phone calls that were taking up my patience. I got lucky when I tried Numbo!!! I received one or two a day, and I know that they tried to take care of those also!!! Keep up the good work, Numbo!!!!

I’ve been using this service for about 5 years now because it was recommended to me by a computer security expert that works in securing the financial institutions encrypting framework. He said it was by far one of the best systems to protect you from spam and digital fraud, fraudulent phone calls by over seas entities and scam artist.

This app over the last couple months has given me a lot of issues. The other aspect is when a company links to a poorly designed website for their “app support” link. This link should take you to a place to get help. Not your generic website main page. Going to communicate with Apple support to try and get some of my money back from this scam.

I dont get obnoxious calls anymore.

I am in a free trial period with the premium version of this app. This app has not identified a single number so far. It has labeled some as “suspicious” but even that has been erroneous as some of those were legitimate phone calls I was expecting. But every other number says “Not Reported Yet”. So this app is marketed as an app that will identify who is calling from a specific phone number. But it does not actually do that. It provides no useful information and it’s frustrating that you have to type in the number you want to ID anyway. It should just ID every number. If you’re looking for caller ID then keep looking cuz this isn’t it.

this app blocks the most spam and scam calls than any other app i have used and i have used almost all the top apps of this type and i’ve only seen very few false detections

Subject says it all. If someone you trust calls you and is in one of the lists you block, you won’t be able to take their call unless you turn off blocking for the whole category. Seems like a less than ideal configuration.

Many phone numbers I have requested to be blocked continue to be received. Unless I’missed it, I’ve never received any info of how many of the phone calls to my phone number have been block. Maybe it’s available but I’m not aware of it.

No wildcard. Allows “No Caller ID” through. No blocking of email addresses in SMS. No wildcard .com.
