I signed up for the app to talk to a specific actor, I have to pay $100 for a personal message. I have disabilities which doesn’t allow me to access the chat messages. It very hard to do that, plus only a short time? I don’t understand why? 🤔

If you cancel a request it automatically turns into a “credit balance” on the app and you won’t get a direct refund. The practice is fraudulent and misleading. Trash app.
