Really cool app for learning, I do recommend !!!
  • Way better than Duolingo

I’m intermediate in Mandarin and a beginner Korean learner. I started using Duolingo for Korean but after the Hangul lessons, I got pretty bored with the content. Honestly, why start off with nonsensical phrases like “the baby’s cucumber milk” instead of introductions, country names etc . The Korean lessons in Lingodeer are more structured. While they follow the same format of jumping into testing, there’s ample explanations and tooltips to help you along. I found the Hangul lessons to be pretty well structured too. For validation, I went through the Mandarin content and found it pretty meaningful. I especially loved the vocabulary lists grouping characters based on radicals. My mother is starting off with Mandarin and having a hard time with pronunciation, so the pinyin drills are super helpful, as is the stroke order. Honestly this app is so much better than the alternatives, it deserves to be the top app for language learning.

This app is amazing ! I am now speaking on an elementary level in Chinese. My teacher couldn’t believe that, I self taught myself and was impressed. Chinese, Japanese, & Korean are best learned through this app. Excellent pronunciation unlike Duolingo.
