    If the problem is more than one part or not in their pre solved database, it will not get solved. There is no live help or help desk to send problem to if not auto solved. This was the so called premium version.

    I wanted to find step but steps so solving but it’s doesn’t it just show random stuff than the answer I want to see step by step and how to write it I’m being nice and have u 2 stars but it’s really should be 1
