I can’t get past the first screen. It just says not a branch.

It says I need to be at a branch. So, I can’t use the ap remotely and I can’t search for books on this ap....ridiculous for a library ap

I haven’t had any issues checking out books with this app. It is perfect for a busy parent, I don’t have to wait in line while my kids go crazy, I can just slowly check out the books as I grab them while they play. I also immediately get the emails that I have books checked out. Will update as I continue to use!

App not working. Can no longer search or look for events. Now just days “not at a branch.” Fix it please!

This is a nice idea, but it isn’t too helpful for me. Because of my specific interests, I get most of my books through Marina loan. However, this app cannot check out books ordered through Marina. If that feature is added in the future, I would try the app again.

Since the update I can’t search for books or anything. It just keeps saying Not At Branch. I’m not at the branch I wanted to put a hold on a book. Please fix your app as I used the old one all the time and loved it!

Keep saying enable location service, which is already enabled. Useless app!
