    Great app to use as an assistant, however it’s a little annoying how I periodically get kicked out and need to re-log in with my bosses credentials which isn’t always accessible when I need it. Also once I am able to regain access it doesn’t always load up fully. There will be nothing present on the schedule and I’ll have to go through the whole process of removing the app and the re-downloading it again repeating this endless cycle. I have contacted support but it seems to be an ongoing issue other than that, when it’s running at its best; I love it, our clients love it.

    I am not satisfied with this app at all! When it was presented to me at my school I was told that being an Instructor I would have the app service for free for the lifetime of my account. I never used this app because it didn’t fit my needs and eventually forgot about and deleted the app! No charges ever showed up on my account and over a year later I get a monthly charge of $19.99. I immediately reached out to the contact information on the app and explained what happened. I never received a response! I reached out many times with no response at all! I am very upset and not happy with their poor customer service! Even if I did enjoy using the app I would never pay them to keep a service who does not respond to or help their customers! Horrible customer service!!!

    I’ve enjoyed the convenience of this app! The tutorials are great and it keeps getting better and better. I love sharing my business card with a couple clicks. I have way less no shows with the courtesy reminders. I always know my inventory when I’m away from the salon! Great app for the salon professional!
