Printer cannot be found… it’s powered on and connected to Bluetooth. This printer is going in the trash. So disappointing.

It is not intuitive at all and there I can’t find instructional videos to help. I only find marketing videos. I am sorry I bought it.

From the very first attempt to print, need to restart printer 1-3 times to print each photo. Colors are out of alignment by 3-5 pixels in horizontal and 1-2 verticals. Going to throw this printer away.

It will open certain pictures, but for the most part, it crashes when I attempt to choose a picture to print.

I gave it a four-star because one of the time I printed out a white wallpaper it nearly shew Oh, so when I press the phone case thing, it did not show an iPhone 13 mini for some reason or an iPhone 14 I just don’t know if they updated their app yet by adding those. If you have a iPhone 13 show me look for the phone case don’t do it.

The pic colors are OK. Fine and fun to have for friends visiting, parties and instant gratification, but not if you’re looking for high quality prints. Bummed they don’t have the iPhone 13 print case template. 😞

This printer is awesome! I thought because the reviews were bad it was going to horrible, but the quality was really good. It looked like it had just printed out of a big $450 printer but the first time I tried it it did not connect then the second time I tried it it worked I like this item

My sister bought this for my mom for Christmas last year, shipping date 12/21/2021. It was too advanced for my mom so she never even opened it until I helped her try it for the first time in November 2022. It broke after printing a handful of pictures. I reached out to Sharper Image customer service on 11/22/2022 with the order number, ship date, item info, etc. and they replied with a lie saying it was out of warranty. The website states it’s a one year warranty. Do not buy. Do not use. Absolute garbage.

It does exactly what it is supposed to do and was easy to set up. Prints are acceptable, slightly better than I was expecting from a tiny portable wireless printer.

This app will not find my apple phone. Very disappointed. My wife has android, no problem.
