Downloaded the game, loading screen stuck on 14%. Tried turning Wi-Fi on/off, force closing the app, even downloading the game over again. Never got it to open.

I have a friend who plays this game its such an awesome game but it was always a bummer knowing we could never play together. I have an idea though what if are characters could mesh together. It could be a specific amount of characters to choose when playing with friends and there could be turns just like when your playing solo. I just hope this idea makes it in. thank you

Nothing but an expensive money grab taking advantage of everyone’s love of Marvel. Exploits and encourages gambling addiction and is poorly made anyways with the crashes and bugs. Currently forcing a vs mode tied to an event that is unfair, a waste of time, and another way to force you to open your wallet to distract from a garbage game made with minimum effort.
  • I can’t contact customer service through my phone.

I took the steps suggested by apple support to contact the app’s customer support and it is unresponsive. I’ve been trying for three days. Do not get this app if you are accident prone because you will lose all your data and have no help to get it back; including your purchases. It’s a shame because the game is really cool and beautifully done.
  • Bugs, not able to battle.

Overall I enjoyed playing this game. For the last few months though I have only been able to run “auto” missions as every time I try to advance the game crashes. My only regret is putting money into this game.
  • Awful excuse of a game

Total cash grab of a game. War matchmaking is complete garbage. So many imbalance issues. Devs don’t play their own game. Customer service is terrible. Eff FoxNext and Scopely. Game is completely rigged. They adjust drop down rates based on what you need. Avoid at all costs.
  • Don’t do it! Seriously. Spare yourself.

Grinding. Money. Moving goal posts. Scrum agile beta testing. Bugs. If you like games that feel more like jobs with ever growing lists of daily chores- sorry, I guess they’re called quests- that get longer and take up more and more time each day, then this is the job- I mean game- for you! I’ve been playing for over two years and am among the top players in terms of power and roster. It’s a hero collector game with micro-transactions but it is free to play. Instead of spending money for cosmetics and maybe meaningful acquisitions, prices are gauged to be inherently bad ideas and usually based on chance. Any pricing package that is not chance based is exorbitantly inflated. Example: $30 for 50 shards of a single character. Characters need shards to move to the next star level. Shards are reset with each star level gained. Shard costs per star level increase with each level. Unlocking a character takes roughly 50 shards. Taking them from 6-7 stars (the max) requires 300 shards. Obviously, buying a character from JUST 6 stars to 7 would cost $180. Nevermind the costs before that for all of the previous star levels. To be fair, the game has numerous ways to gradually acquire characters and get them built up but the pricing is largely outrageous with some positive change showing in some pricing being actually affordable for some characters, some of the time. The game has bugs nearly every update. I don’t personally care but in principle I do. Scrum Agile framework is what is used and what it translates into is rather than do the hard work up front and making a quality product, the strategy is to produce a healthy quantity that matches consumer needs first and deal with any problems later. This means the entire player base is beta testing....all the time. It’s worse if you pay to keep up in the game. The grind. Dear god the grind is real. As a higher end player the blitz game mode takes anywhere between half an hour to an hour to go through a single rotation which used to be enough to unlock the basic rewards for it. Updates have expanded the rewards (a good thing) by increasing the amount of blitzing required (an absolutely terrible thing). If there is one universal and constant complaint in the game I have heard over these years it is how far from enjoyable this very important but equally tedious and time consuming ‘game’ mode is. When I log in each day I usually have excitement about team compositions to work on etc. but then the daily requirements and grinding pop up and instead of having fun I spend 2 hours doing that. Typically you’ll want to spend money. There are more than enough pop-ups to let you know you should spend. If you like that sort of thing- you’re going to be in heaven. Finally, moving goal posts. The end game content was released sometime in the middle of last year and an extremely small fraction of the player base has completed it (like maybe two thousand people tops globally). It can and does literally take months to complete single portions of this game mode. It’s not fair, not fun, and not a challenge (it’s just another grind). The easier portions take merely weeks to complete a single part.....yay. This is all tolerable except for two issues: First, you’re using the most powerful characters possible to play it as that’s a requirement to even enter this game mode. And it can easily take over a month or two or three to push just a single one of your best characters to the top of its strength. You’ll need to do this no fewer than 5 times, probably closer to 15. Second: They are introducing a newer, more challenging game mode for end game (yes- that is before nearly anyone has beaten the one before it), and it has a requirement that your characters be even stronger than before. So yes, expect many more months of grinding for a single character or two AFTER you complete a years worth for one game mode....and that’s the entrance requirement. You’ll still spend a lifetime grinding in this mode now that you’ve unlocked it. I do not recommend. You’ll never catch up. Thousands of dollars won’t do it. Tens of thousands will come close. Consider this a warning. This is what you’re in for and I really used to think I liked this game but it genuinely feels like a job I pay to work at.
  • Balanced PVP forced matches are awful

The new event that forces you into 2+ hours of balanced pvp is awful. I have played since launch and this has put me on the verge of quitting
  • I think you should upgrade the team so people can have more people in battle
