I pay 99.00 a year for this app. I DONT WANT TO WATCH COMMERCIALS…

After the 9-30 update went through on my iPhone and iPad, I can no longer watch live events, go into my existing teams, or do anything that I pay $100/yr to do. Had a friend who got it to livestream, but it didn’t record to their team, and have seen others work with the old version of the app. Whatever was done with this new update is not worth updating! Need some better testing done before releasing an update so everything isn’t broken! Everything worked pretty flawlessly before this update.

GC, you’ve got to be kidding me. You don’t get enough of our money? Insane.

Dick’s has over-monetized this once amazing app. Bring back free streaming, and quit raising the price. I’ve purchased the premium service for almost as long as it’s been around, but watching through glitchy ads, hiding box scores now unless you upgrade to “Plus”… fix it and you’ll get 5 stars again. Unfortunately Dick’s sees 🤑💰💰

It would be nice if there was an option to pin posts in the chat for everyone to refer back to, and a volunteer sign-up feature for scoring, snacks, etc.

Customer service is useless, I’ve paid 4 monthly subscription charges for 2 month. Apple had to issue refunds, and after I got the charges straight, I still don’t have any access for month 2. I paid $14.99 on the 21st and no access on the 3rd. They will not fix it.
