i paid for the base app and have no interest in the premium features so it is very annoying when i have to sign in every few days to use the parts that i paid for and used to work just fine

Besides being useless, a guide to fail Anatomy class and board exams, This app will charge you despite canceling Free trial ….they will say after 7 days free trial You have to reconfirm that you don’t want the automatic payment, then after a year Of unused or downloaded app, they will send you a reminder, your app will renew for a year, you can’t cancel, and you will forget Your password after a year, so create or retrieve your password to say no for auto pay and renewal, they will get you again, and auto renew and refuse refund while on autopay because you have the free trial Best regards Steve

This app was great until I got on it after having it for 7 years and now it wants me to pay for the basic stuff. Ridiculous

I have a question about my account but have found no access to customer support on the mobile app.: no email address, no chat, no chatbot. Did I miss something? I’ll now need to research how to contact CS in order to get my question answered. In the meantime, I am unable to use the app. I have experience as a Customer Success Manager in the tech sector. Inability for my customers to reach me when they need assistance is a non-starter. The means to do that should be very obvious in several places on the site. It would be an advantage if you can add that access to your site.

This app is getting in my nerves. I paid extra for it, but it is glitchy and everytime I sign on, I have to endure numerous captcha quizzes before I can use the program. What a shame bc the renderings are very nice. Please ease up on using your customers as test rats!

Please help me with this app, I have installed it but when I wanna open it, it stays on the loading screen, I have waited for a long time and tried many times but wasn’t useful, I deleted it and reinstalled it but it was the same, please help me I am a medical student and this is very useful for me… Regards…

Love the app. Use it all the time. Unfortunately the cross-section function is not currently working- you can’t click on various structures.

I want the previous version of terminology.The English names of the structures now are strange and make me uncomfortable. Can you change them to the previous version?
