Have had difficulty rotating the camera. It seems to get stuck in one spot or two. this item has been discontinued by the manufacturer.

It is in portrait mode only and if the iPad is rotated 180 degrees it does not rotate the display.

Too much delay and freezing up. For example, If my dogs are outside and barking I need to see if it’s a delivery driver or not at that moment. I returned the cameras and went back to Wyze.

This camera is so good especially the moving, i haded to factory reset and reset normally but it worked! I am thinking i will buy another one but for my bird when he's sleeping!

Hacked each and everyday no peace. Hacker deletes setting , camera off line all the time. Thinking about removing completely hacker is using my Wi-Fi. This way he can buy his own

Purchased water detection unit. App doesn’t provide notifications on iPhone despite trying/checking everything. Newly purchased unit. New account. New setup. Double checked that settings are set correctly, tried restart, tried app uninstall and reinstall. When I open the app, I can see that the alarm is actively going off. Despite all of this, I have received ZERO notifications from the app. Useless app = useless device = waste of money.

Good camera , nice and clear pictures & videos.

Sometimes it gets stuck in a loading loop to view the image and it’s done this for years and literally it’s a few times a day. Now it’s not the end of the world as all you have to do is close the app and reopen it but it does get really annoying somedays, I’m surprised they haven’t fixed it by now but it is what it is.
