My lights won’t connect!!!! I have had them for a month and everything worked very well but now all the sudden they disconnected and I can’t get them to reconnect please help !!!!!

Bluetooth worked with the colors for about 10 minutes, closed the app and now it won’t connect again! First day purchased and installed! Fix this bug!!!!

App has stopped working since iOS 13 and has not had any updates in a while. Was great while it was working but developers don’t seem to care or respond to customers concerns.

Worked great until I got a new iPhone with iOS 13.
Will not connect to Bluetooth.. can’t even find Bluetooth, if it does not lock up first.
would be nice if they would update the app.. as is, it’s useless as it simply won’t connect, which leaves my led lights worthless.
Obviously a poor developer, and pretty much screwed me and many others out of our hard earned money.
