This works… sometimes. It seems to lack basic functionality— one tap “off” mode, the ability to have different rules for different devices. They could do much much better

I can’t open books anymore. That is the main reason my parents have this subscription for me.

This app is the most frustrating of all parental control apps I’ve ever used. Rarely can I open it, it either spins forever or crashes as soon as I open it. I’ve updated, deleted, reinstalled and it’s still the worst app of all time.

While I was trying to make an account and when I was checking my otp it reseted and when I did again you know what it did it reseted like the other 2 times I did

I think I should be able to remotely access and delete apps my son loads on his tablet that slip through on Amazon kids. I think also Roblox needs to somehow be in a different setting itself and should not be allowed on Amazon kids

Despite all of the parent controls, my daughter was still able to charge $100 worth of downloads. This is a horrible app. There is no manageable parent controls just the ability to set them. This app allows your children to purchase items even with parent controls and passwords in place do not download this app if your kids are not old enough to understand purchased apps parents will spend money to me. This app is designed in a way to lower kids in into mass downloading and result in the parents owing a lot of money big payout for Amazon kids creators.

It was good until a month or so - I mainly got this for my kid to read the free books but now it won’t let her open any. I’ve tried customer service and no help…fix

OK first I don’t get why you have to make a subscription. First of all it could be free but then second of all there’s so many there’s so much like harm in like this is an acceptable for children
