Our Heathrow Hotel Hoppa services run around-the-clock, with 900 services a day taking you direct from one of 25 Heathrow hotels to terminals 2, 3, 4 & 5 at Heathrow Airport, and back again. One-way tickets are available which will take you right from the airport door to your Heathrow Airport hotel or from your Heathrow hotel to Heathrow Airport on the Hotel Hoppa shuttle service, Return tickets are also available. With all of our Hotel Hoppa tickets, up to 2 children under 15 travel can travel free when accompanied by a fare paying adult.

    I want to know where to get the bus at Terminal 2 at LHR. Incredibly difficult. Lots of info, but none of the basics. I tried to plan my route, and NONE I f the options on a Friday night included Hoppa

    I arrived in terminal 5 LHR downloaded the app purchased a ticket and activated it foolishly!! I waited along with another customer for over an hour at the freezing cold bus stop and none of the buses were going to my hotel!! That was on the list, Not only that my ticket expired. The other customer couldn’t wait any longer and got a cab and I used public transport which was way more convenient as it turned out.

  • Avoid if you can. This is an absolute waste of time, money and energy.

    Why does each person have to have the app? Why can one person buy all of the tickets, this is a inconvenient app

    Very misleading times tables, and route for H5A shows it should go directly to my hotel and instead goes in all sorts of directions, including terminal 4, I would have bought a taxi and saved myself an hour if it was represented accurately. Definitely do not use this bus service. Also bus driver was flippant and rude.

  • They have a monopoly at Heathrow so they don’t care

    Had to wait over an hour in the cold for the right bus to arrive to take me to my hotel 10 minutes away. I was supposed to get bus H2B that according to their sign picks up at terminal 2, 53 minutes past every hour. Yet every bus that pulled up with H2B On the sign changed its name as soon as they pulled up. And told me to take the next bus. For an entire hour!

  • Miserable app

    The Hoppa service itself is convenient but the app is a poor excuse. The live tracker is usually inaccurate, the lines don’t list all the hotels the Hoppa stops at, the app is generally slow and hard to load. Use it for your tickets only.
