I am so in love with this app. I have been able to go back 7+ years and record memories of my children to make a book of them! I’m currently using this in place of a baby book with my youngest and love that I can easily add pictures at any time. Also the daily/weekly questions are great and I like that I can come back to them at any time to answer the questions. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I first heard about Qeepsake from Dr Becky’s podcast on one of their ads and I fell in love immediately for the whole idea. I’m so pleased I can get to create and pen down these memories for my loved ones.

I’ve never been great at making time and space for baby books and scrap booking. This app makes it easy!

Not only does it help me keep a record of my child, but the daily prompts make me smile:) easy to use and a lot of fun!!

This company continued to charge me after I cancelled and unsubscribed for literally YEARS!! We spent $300 and more in fees to them. They refused to refund!!!. Furthermore- the questions they send are ridiculous. There are no milestone questions or monthly check-ins like an actual baby book. Then when you buy the book- the layout is terrible. It looks like pages of q&a with bordered pictures. It’s like your kid got on the computer and tried to make a photo book for you but didn’t know how to work everything- so now I spent all this money on a book I don’t even like and an exorbitant amount of money in fees. JUST DON’T JOIN!

I like the app as a whole. They recently pushed an update and you can no longer see the full image of a journal entry without clicking on the photo. It’s just a small square preview. This can make it hard to see which photo is which at a glance, since a lot of the time, people’s faces are near the top portion of a photo. I get tired of tapping the photo, waiting for the full image to load, then backing out and repeating for the next image. Would be nice if it was a setting you could turn on and off. I’d also like if you could skip text prompts but still come back to them later, so I can still get two in a day if I don’t have an answer right away. As it stands, if I skip a prompt by saying “skip,” it completely removes the question from the journal and I can’t come back to it later. One time it asked about the most recent doctor’s appointment, and my child had one coming up a couple days later. I figured I could skip the question and answer the next one, then come back to the doctors appointment one. But no, it removed it and wouldn’t let me answer again later. Would be nice if there were two different code words to pass temporarily or pass completely. It would also be nice to have some sort of post overview, so you could see more posts at a glance. Something like being able to zoom out and see a grid view of posts or something. The app and the browser version on the computer both only show maybe ten posts in a row before you have to wait to load more. Sometimes I want to know if I already uploaded a certain picture, and it can take forever to find it.

They wouldn't honor a promo code that wouldn't work bc their site was broken and just gave a runaround in support emails. Just FYI if anyone else has to cancel after submitting a lot, you can select everything on the page, hit copy, and paste it to a google doc (or word doc or pages). Then it's all there to add to another service to have printed.

I had really enjoyed using this app to keep track of my son’s first year, but was anxious about whether the book would turn out nicely. I didn’t want to have done all of that work and end up needing to transfer things to some other format. We just got our book yesterday, and I am so happy with the final result!! The book and page quality are great, our pictures are clear, and the formatting of questions and pictures is clean. Will be continuing to use.

I can only see the 9 oldest previous questions. I’d like to see the more recent ones too but they won’t stay up in the app. Only the oldest. I’ve tried deleting the oldest unanswered questions to “make room” but they won’t delete.

I just ordered my daughters 1 year book, only because I spent so much time and money on it and didn’t want to start over on another platform. I like the app and the concept of adding entries anytime. There really needs to be more customizable options for the book though. There’s one font. A very plain cover. A swirl line on your pages or plain white. You can choose one accent color from 8, but that’s only for part of the text. It’s just so plain and boring. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until I’d paid for a premium subscription and added a years worth of entries before going to create my book.
