App is ok and has a nice user interface, however there are several bugs and the developer team takes too long to address them. This app has alot of potential and I am looking forward to updates and new features for this platform.

i have been with webull for many years. when i signed up they did not do options and now they do. trading from a phone is the easiest to do using webull. i have tried many and this is by far the best phone platform. they add more and more everyday. customer service has always been fast ant top notch. Great Job to the men and women at webull. I love this app. lastly , Im not affilitated or personally know anyone at webull. i never write reviews really but felt it neccessary here.

Why is webull v6 not availbale for macs? Lots of us have macs. Keep us in mind when dropping updates.

Their support team is among the best. I've been using webull since late 2019 and have had several feature requests go to support and normally they are added in within a few updates. They are super quick to respond. ALso all the new hotkeys and customizabilty they've added lately to support day traders is great and I haven't found it in any other free trading platform. Also for long term crypto investing webull is great because you don't pay any fees. It really is a great system with great support.

why? Fix it.

While i liked webull on the phone, the desktop version is super buggy, crashes and support is a total joke. Take usually a day or two to get any response and when you do get one, it is mostly zero help. If you are serious about investing probably better stay with TD, fidelity and brokerage with real support. New version 5.5 just crushes every 15 minutes.

Powerful tools, second to none. Apple silicon support is missing. An option for the "Alerts" to be single or reoccurring, would be a huge benefit. Ultimately, thank you.

Please add in the community and other features missing from the iPhone app

Ever since the latest update, when I customize the order of the column layout on my watchlists, it won't stick. I even tried locking layout and it doesn't work.

i love the whole concept behind the set up and all its features, but one BIG mayor issue. The desktop version is lagging TREMENDOUSLY that it affects pricing and all trades ending up in a decreased selling or buying price that you never agreed to in the first place.
