How do I remove drums?

I’ve been try to use the app and it only open and closes quickly. I spent $60 to use this and it’s not working. I have the latest update but it’s not working please help!

I am changing my review to increase the stars. My app wasn’t working for months. Today, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, now it works.

I had purchased this app and it crashed! I reached out to several people from your team and they have told me that perhaps something is wrong with my cellphone and that I should try the whoop Triggerz + which will cost me $ 24.95 a month; I already pay the one time purchase fee for the band which was $59.00. My dissatisfaction is in how easy it is to set up the purchase for this amazing app but how difficult it is to resolve any issues that might develope when this app crashes; it seems that your only option after no one responds is to start over again and make another purchase! Your team gladly responds to a purchase but no response to troubleshooting issues.

The app isn’t working…can someone tell me why?

The app is great, I love it, but lately it has not been loading. I have exhausted every practice to get it to work, I paid and it’s still not working. And the customer service never gets back to you. But a great app when it’s working .

I paid and downloaded this app and for the past 2 days every time I open the app I get an error message saying “download error - please check Wi-Fi or data connection.” I’ve restarted my phone, used both data and different Wi-Fi connections and it still doesn’t load for me. I will be requesting a refund.

This app is wonderful; it is a great help in church settings that have Internet access and even the basic whoop triggers is beneficial in non-Internet access venues.

I have been using WT Plus which is $25/month and have been loving it so I decided to by Whoop Triggerz thinking that $60 meant everything on WT plus and some extras since it was so expensive. ACTUALLY, Whoop Triggerz had only 4 tracks to choose from, all of which are on the plus version. DO NOT GET THIS APP, it is not worth $60 just get the plus. I want my money back.

This app is great. I’ve been following cdub and his movements for a very long time. This app is nothing less than revolutionary. I love it. The only thing I was thrown off by was the price. I thought it would be more of a variety of tracks but I mean I guess I can’t complain because of whoop triggerz plus. So overall amazing app and will push your service to the highest, just make sure you have another app or another track setup.
