I love the app. If you are trying to discover the area around you or you are home buying, it’s great! The “but”; however, is that I’m not paying a subscription for the services you’re offering. I could see a one time payment but even then I wouldn’t pay THAT much. Measurement on maps like this can be done on Google or Apple Maps for free. In other words, I like the convenience of the app and wouldn’t mind paying for it. But, for $100 a year I’ll pass.

I use this almost everyday gets me close to property corners.

Although the property lines are not accurate it is still a great tool for determining who owns what parcel of land!

Very helpful for surveyor

Would be a great app. If the distances they gave you on the property lines actually were close to what it should be, but they’re not. Therefore this app is almost useless, but I guess it will help in certain situations. Sad that it lies to you about that.
