    This application is so pointless. This app makes paying my bill impossible. Really bad application.

    I have had an on going problem with my account since September 2023. Because of trouble with the platform in my yard my account was suspended and closed then 2 accounts were opened and one of those accounts had a 500$ billing. The mobile app is still showing the closed? account and so my account is past due and the cap discounts are not being applied properly.

    The app is awesome if you’re on Wi-Fi but doesn’t work on cellular the whole point of having access to your business line on your cell phone is to avoid delays in communication when they can’t guarantee service it’s absurd.

    I got an email to view my bill, clicked the link, logged in and was directed to download this app. So I did, I can’t view my bill, or do anything on my windstream account!! The only thing I can do is a speed test, and I already have an app for that! Completely USELESS!!

    App crashes regularly and takes forever to load. Recent updates seem tog l have made it worse, not better.

    Not only is the company terrible, but their applications as well. Desktop & even mobile app always experiencing issues and downtime. Good luck getting in touch with your account representative if you have an issue. Save your time, money, and frustration.

    Honestly there NOTHING good about this app, I use it to answer company calls and I have to delete the app and redownload it after about every 20 calls or so, clients can barely here me even when I’m screaming into the phone. I don’t recommend to anyone if you need to communicate.

    I would give this a zero star rating if allowed. I can’t even get logged in to this app. It gives me a ‘cannot connect to the server” message every time I try. I’m no longer able to log into the original kinetic Windstream app because it tells me I have to us this crap. As a business customer, how am I supposed to deal with this mess?
  • Was Useless but there’s hope

    First let me clarify that the only reason our company uses this app is to be be able to answer calls remotely on our cell phones. Although recent updates seemed to have improved the previous issues with missing calls because the phone would simply not ring and callers cannot hear us the latest update MAY have finally corrected these issues. We have several users in different locations and all reported the same problems

    Our company is suffering because of this app. We want to use it, but our remote sales force is resorting to using their personal cellphone numbers. Across the board, not one person considers it worthwhile. And Windstream tech support has been of no help.
