Cant get the app to download on my phone ,have to go back to the APPs and open it that way to get it to work !

It won’t let me delete it off my phone!!! Which is very annoying!

Hey . I’m having trouble downloading this app cuz it’s asking me for verification and my apple passcode when I didn’t even need my debit card information to get this on my phone

For such a popular show, you would think it would work better for voting for the contestants. I live on the west coast and can never seem to vote due to voting being dictated by east coast time!

I got the app thinking that it would be fun. But what happened was that I opened the app and tried to make a account and I filled out all the information and it said that I wouldn’t make a account because I didn’t fill out all the information I double checked it before I hit submit. So I deleted the app and redownloaded it to see if I could make a new account it wouldn’t let me though.

Can’t seam to do anything on this app this year. Hmm. Not happy.

Am I in a loop? I want to use the app yet I am going in circles. Grandma? Is that you? I’m so cold.

i tried to make an account so i can vote and it wouldn’t let me create my account. it would say i am not able to make an account. it’s weird cus i made an account on the app a few years ago to vote for laine hardy and it worked fine so i really don’t know why it’s doing this now.

This is unfair to the people in the show. Let people vote! Also post contestant’s numbers, keep usability in mind. This app should be better, it looks, feels and functions like a child made it.
