    I have been looking for something that would both motivate me and keep me on track and informed as a new Type 2 diabetic. I didn’t want a weight/fitness tracker. I just wanted something to help me monitor my glucose levels while simultaneously teaching me how to develop better, more sustainable (and most importantly, tasty) eating habits. This app has everything and more! I just want to take the time to thank the developers for providing this to people like me for free. I can’t begin to tell you how much this app has helped me in just one day of using it.

    I have a history of an eating disorder, so any kind of diet change is quite difficult for me. This takes a lot of psych techniques and helps you make gradual changes and offers encouragement along the way. It has all the tools I need, and is customizable as my needs change. It can be as simple or complex as you’d like :)

    Very helpful just that on the portions of the meals it says 4 eggs, 4 chicken breast that’s too much for one person

    It took me a little bit it get it all figured out but it has helped me to help my husband. We r new to all of this and this app helped me learn and I like the food plans that helped a lot

    First app I have found that makes recording meals easy. I don’t need to look up calories or every single ingredient just write it down. I recommend this app if you just want to place to list your food so that you know what you eat not necessarily every single calorie.
