  • Barely works, constant ads

    Got a yearlong subscription for one camera. It's pretty much trash. Constant movement notifications if there's light. Turned them off to let the "pet detection" do these notifications. It gives me very few notifications when I know there is a lot of activity. I wouldn't have bothered with s review but lately the notifications have been nothing but ads and there is no way to turn them off. Get a different product.

    I signed up for a subscription. Within a few weeks that camera just stopped showing me any alerts. Then it just stopped letting me stream it live. They don’t care what you say. They will not reimburse you or do anything to fix your problem. The only thing they say is to try resetting your device. Yea of course. before you reset your device, you have to unsubscribe from your subscription that you already paid for so that when you sign up again after resetting your device, you have to pay again for the News subscription and then it’s just a repetitive thing that happens every few weeks. Sometimes it’s just worth it to buy brand named cameras and services. I guess that’s saying is true. “You get what you pay for.”

    Don’t waste your money- go ahead and get something better. Can not turn off the night light and it always has a glare on my window. The thing just turns around, goes up and down and does everything that it should not do. Waste of my money and my time getting on here to even write a review. Not even worth giving the thing away. COME ON- DO BETTER!!👎 I wish I could get my money back. Glad I didn’t buy the extra security because it would be more of my money wasted on recording bugs and my tree limb moving🙄

    App is totally about pushing ads. Can’t view activities on an SD card unless you purchase their service (which should be eliminated by using the SD card)

    This app ranks among one of the worst experiences I’ve had from the App Store. Most everything seemed fine during the trial, but when I went ahead and upgraded to premium through in app purchase it reverted back standard version.. try getting a hold of customer service, it’s a bot… if you’re looking for an app, you can trust this isn’t it it literally may detect me coming home MAYBE 50% of the time and then send me alerts of motion for absolutely nothing. I also have a cat and a wife that apparently jump out the window because I’ve yet to see a clip of them use the entryway. This has been my experience so far

    The camera is a good quality but the app is disappointing. My husband and I both installed the app with the same email address at login. I don’t see anything. He sees the camera and has also subscribed to some subscription yet it’s not enough to see video so a second subscription is required. I think I’ll pass and put my ring camera back up. The quality isn’t as good but at least the app works.
