    If you just bought a juice box and are now downloading this app I recommend returning your juice box and buying another product. This app will turn your perfectly good hardware into a pile of useless electronics. If you contact them it will take them a week to respond and they will not help you at all. This should be a simple app but they’ve created a Glitch monster I wanted to date it zero stars but that was not an option

    I have no clue why folks are having issues. It might be their wifi connection to the charger. I’ve have nothing but a great experience with the app. Every thing works like it should.

    The original Juicenet app was so much better. Home charger constantly goes offline and the app is much more difficult to navigate.

    Update April 2024: this review is still true. None of the app updates have improved anything. DO NOT USE THIS. Unfortunately if you are reading this you likely already have a juice box charger. I cannot strongly enough state - all of these 1 star ratings are serious! Do not buy a juice box! Do not use Enel X! This app and our juice box have been nothing but problems since they updated their platform to whatever it is now. Avoid at all costs - caveat emptor! - This app will break your charger. Their customer service is terrible. All of these 1 star reviews ARE NOT A JOKE. We need to trust our chargers to charge our cars so we can use them reliably. This app ruins that. If you can avoid JuiceBox chargers all together - do that. Buy another brand. But if you’re reading this you are probably already stuck with the JuiceBox charger - DO NOT USE THIS APP. It is not an upgrade. You will have problems. You have been warned.

    I previously had no problems charging my car and now with the new app migration there is no notice that I could tell that you needed the app update in order for your card to be working properly. unable to set up, smart charging now through the app just highly disappointed.
  • Charger broke after migrating to this app

    My Juicebox is no longer charging after I migrated to this app. This is a very common issue that people are running into. It’s very disappointing as I had no issues charging with the old app.

    Way worse than the old app. The only useful feature to me is the charging schedule and even that is childishly limited. Honestly, if I hadn’t gone to the trouble of setting it up, I would just set the limits on car itself and use my Juicebox as a dumb charger. Opening different links inside the app gives pretty meaningless charging information and you can’t go back to the home or any other screen, all you can do is close the app and re-open it. Overall, they took a flawed but easy to use app and made it terrible and pretty much useless. Addendum 4/10/24: Today I received a reply from Enel X way to my above review. It is notable that the reply is the EXACT same stock reply everyone else with scathing reviews has received for the PAST 8 MONTHS or more. I cannot perceive any meaningful changes in the app over that amount of time. My review is very recent. If Enel X Way were serious about this, they would have rolled back to the old functional app and then revamped the new one rather than leave so many customers to flounder. At the very least, an update or two during this last year? For crying out loud! This is one of the worst executions of an app I have seen. They should be embarrassed and mortified and be taking action. Not a good look for a company. Fortunately my Juicebox is old and work as a dumb charger just fine (although I have had to fix two minor internal wiring issues over the years). If it needs replacing, it will not be a Juicebox.
