  • Love the game but needs updates

    This game is fun especially when you just start out. The characters are cute and the variety of costumes allows you to customize your character how you want. There are so many things you can do such as farming, producing products and filling orders. You can join a team and help it grow while competing against other teams. You can play solo and still enjoy the aspects of the game. However the game has been lost in the developers mind as it hasn’t had any major updates in 3 years. Everything about the game is the same so it has become stagnant. I would enjoy this game more if there was something new to make me want to play.

    Use to love this game but it’s getting more and more buggy with the lack of updates and fixes. Had someone steal everything out of family inventory without even being a member the other day. You can no longer use the announcement feature in game even with tokens. The translate button has also stopped working and there is no way to contact support. Tried sending a message via the Instagram account but even that appears to have been inactive for years. Sad to see a fun game with such a dedicated player base slowly withering away. Will have to find something else to invest my time and funds in coz this is no longer it. Don’t waste your time or money.

  • Translate feature broken

    At least in my version of the game, the Translate button keeps saying, “Please try again”. Whenever there’s a comment in the chat in a different language, the Translate button should translate the comment into the language I use. It worked when first started playing this game, but who knows if it’s an operating system upgrade on my device that caused the translate option to stop working or the game itself decided not to translate anymore. It would be nice if it was working again.

    Y’all could be making so much more money if you updated the game and made a few changes here and there. Check out your reviews. You’ve got a good base of people but you should really listen to them. Just saying

    Yeah a Townkins going to ever get any new things ? Like a active support team and regular updates. This game is way to cute to let it just go. I’m seeing many many new players so it must be advertising somewhere n it looks like it has a new owner. Please let us know if things are in the works for this amazing game.     This upgrade did not fix any bugs, the game glitches and the keyboard does as well, I'm not happy about this.

    I absolutely love this game, but the one thing that really annoys me is that the side quests that we do to get items or clothing is a repeat thing. I’ll have 3 of the same outfit or 3 of the same house items or decorations. I wish we could do each quest once for each item instead of ending up with a bunch of the same stuff.
