Love the app. For the last couple weeks it hasn’t been letting me login. Continues to say error. Will change review once it starts working again. Until then I can’t access any of it on the app which is a major bummer. Update. App is back to working. They even emailed me to notify it was back up and running. Solid customer service and wonderful app.

I’ve used this app for years now and I’ve loved every bit of it! Best workout app for the price possible! I hope it’s around for years to come:))

I really like bodyfit app but somehow it’s stop working,won’t let me sign in ,its been like that since 3days till now They fix the problem now it’s working 4/16/24 Thank you

I use this app every day to track my workouts and use their plans. For multiple weeks now, the app has been down, preventing anyone from logging in, yet the company continues to charge the monthly subscription fee. The support is non-existent and the only messaging received from the company is “check our Instagram for updates,” of which there are none. To the developers replying to these reviews several weeks after the fact: too little, too late. Apple refunded my two previous months and I’ve moved on to Fitbod. ✌🏻

I rely on this app and follow a strict routine. And the developers allow the application to fail for literally days on end without giving notice, providing support or anything. I pay monthly premium fee. And I’m getting garbage service. The only good thing about the app is that they have good exercise routines. But what is the point if I can’t even access the app in the first place?

I’ve been a paid subscriber for years. The app has broken before for a day or two, which is understandable. This time, however, the app has been broken for weeks with zero communication from bodybuilding.com. I’ll be requesting a refund from Apple and finding a new app. Shame, bodybuilding.com was the pinnacle of workouts, supplements, apps, and forums. Update: the login issue was fixed, but going weeks without any notification from the developer with estimated fix time or any kind of refund is unsatisfactory. I’ll still be using other apps instead.
