This Stupid app didn’t boost my WiFi it worsened it

Wish it had antivirus for the iPhone to scan and protect against malware. continue to use it for now because of my laptop however that could change once my yearly subscription is up if they do not add antivirus protection to the app.

It was working just fine for months until I updated it recently. I couldn’t use my phone for anything that used data. Thought it was my phone that was acting up until I deleted the app. Once the app was deleted I was able to use internet once again. Get this fixed.

Huge headache the spend all there money on marketing and not making a good product paid for a year and will use another company next time Also when it crashes the app won’t even open and u can’t use the internet u have to turn your phone off or delete the app and then turn it off completely terrible

It wouldn’t open, it kept bringing me back to my home screen everytime I tried to open it until I closed out all of the apps open on my phone which is kinda suspicious…but I don’t want you thinking I’m spreading conspiracies, all I’m gonna say is yall should better encrypt your data so the government can’t access it👍

Surfshark used to work perfectly when I’m at work. My job blocks a lot of websites like Facebook and those kinds of things, but this also prevents me from sending text messages to people. Surfshark was the perfect answer. With this latest update it’s not longer allowing me to connect while I work. I never understood why I’m unable to connect to a VPN while I don’t have cellular data. I’m on wifi, but rather then using the WiFi to connect, it tried to connect using cellular data. I see the wifi signal disappear and it will say 5g or 4G LTE, or lately, just a three dots because I have no cell data here. I don’t understand.

Tried to use Google … it won’t work until you turn off the vpn. Can’t use it for Netflix among other apps. It’s completely useless. Not even with the update. When you ask for help they just say please read this ,try that. And still won’t work. Just a waste of money.
