Works great so far

SurfShark blocks me on my own home network, “cannot establish a secure connection.” And trying to connect to open networks such as in a hotel is such a pleasure with SurfShark. I can’t tell if the hotel network is having problems or SurfShark is blocking the connection. It is now my standard practice to disconnect SurfShark, connect to the network and then enable SurfShark. Yes SurfShark, I have read the manual. It doesn’t help.

Surfshark is always disconnecting me. I keep having to reconnect and currently I can’t get it to start working.

Tried using this app for over a year (because I purchased a two-year agreement) but after 14 months the app stopped working on my phone. That’s when I discovered there is no phone support. The chat support was not at all helpful even after following all of the trouble shooting suggestions. Buyer, beware.

It should be illegal how Surfshark makes it extremely hard to cancel and delete your account. The link is hidden in their website and in order to delete, you need to verify multiple times

App is great for my main uses on my nvidia and fire sticks but my phone not as much, as far as apple site is concerned they state they support split tunneling but the surfshark app doesn’t have their bypass feature on the apple apps yet smh.

I have a multi year subscription but have found in some cases (mine was on a cruise ship) it can’t create a vpn path without having to install a 3rd party app and creating a manual connection. A different vpn app that I now have subscribed to easily navigates the process in a matter of seconds. I’m not going to name the other app as I don’t want to appear to be advocating for them. Just want potential Surfshark users to be aware of the limitations.
