Let me save you time, headaches and flat out losses: Stay away from this exchange!!! They delist tokens that they had previously advertised and sold, giving only a very short notice before suspending withdrawals. Furthermore, the notice is only published on their site and don’t even notify users via email or text. In my experience, when I tried to withdraw my tokens, their response was that BitMart was not responsible for any tokens left on the exchange. You have no recourse or way to dispute. I have zero trust in these guys and you should too!

One minute you have access to the app and then you don’t, sorry I put my money in here.

This used to be one of the best platforms to trade. Sadly, that changed as I started noticing they do not announce when there is a hot token and suddenly it’s listed and you miss on investing. Second, whenever you buy low and sell high the app freezes and an error message pops up “use stable connection” and you end up with a cancelled order or a huge loss. I’ve also seen people saying the same thing here in the reviews. Last, the font due enough due diligence as most of their meme coins are bust. STAY AWAY AND BE SAFE AS THIS ONE HAVEN FOR FAKE COINS THAT YOU CANT TRADE OR CASH.

I got the app to only get one coin the coin flopped at launch so I put a small amount of money in others. This site keeps going down now it’s saying that it is not available in the U.S. so I’m done. They can have that lil change. So to all of you out there. Tread lightly!!

Watch out and stay away from this app, your crypto there are not safe if you left the app I watched and even if you noticed, their customer service answer you in different topics and disconnect you so you have to wait for an agent all over and same cycle repeats. Had couple of different issues and that was their customer service response, in other words, they’ll take your assets and good luck dealing with their customer service in china that knows and agrees to that.

You can buy on the app but you can’t get your money out. Stay away from this. Try Webull or Coinbase or Robinhood. I had no problem withdrawing from them.
