Very disappointed in losing the afterpay plus card feature soon. After it is discontinued I do not forsee myself using afterpay at all.

I have the Afterpay app on my phone and cannot access anything on this app can’t find my payments,what I ordered and how much I spend so some needs to fix this App are I’ll stop all payments going to y’all Thanks Kerry

Welp here I am again writing yet another horrible review, Afterpay I have been using for years always on time and pay off early, now Afterpay used to have a rewards perk, with different levels and no up front payment I received an email last year advising Afterpay will no longer have the No up front payment feature as of January 31 2024 but "rest assured" the new rewards program will be worth the wait well its April and nothing has happened actually it has gotten worse, I made a payment one day late, no late fee applied mind you, but Afterpay decreased my limit tremendously and took away the exclusive gift cards, I'm also limited to certain stores what???? For one late payment are you kidding me, there is no option to extend the due date. I am completely dissatisfied with Afterpay, there is no customer service team its a chat you have to wait days for a response, but miss a payment, rest assured quick reaction no speeding power. I am parting ways with this company it is trash and I wouldn't be surprised to see a reply to my review with an automated message saying "Looks like we resolved your issue" not at all that's a lie.

Afterpay always comes in clutch for my family <3 by far no issues!

This has brought me peace of mind knowing that I can buy something and do payments, but I which we had an actual card that we can use as tap and pay or have more options of in store purchases. Thank you for this amazing app AFTERPAY

I have been trying for two months now and written emails trying to get into my account and make my payments and I cannot get into my account no matter what I do. I have gotten no help from anyone. You cannot call them and talk to anyone either.

I’m sad they took away the rewards tier (skipping that first payment was always nice), but other than that, this app is amazing for me. I aim to pay my orders off quickly (pay 50% upfront to stay ahead of payment schedule) and try not to have more than 500-600$ of a balance at a time. The process for refunds is pretty painless, too; if an order amount is changed after the purchase or the merchant reports that a refund was issued, the money is back in my account within days if it’s a refund, and max of 2 weeks for price adjustments. And Afterpay has definitely changed up the way I do my shopping: i needed a new phone, so instead of buying from my phone carrier and locking myself into monthly payments over the next 2 years, I just bought the phone outright thru Afterpay 🥰

It worked only once in the past three months. I can see that Expedia pays adds in the app. However you click on it just go blank. Other than that is amazing.

It’s a horrible system, and a whole mission to get in contact with someone and till this day they haven’t solve anything for me.
