I do not have a ea sports account so I pressed the button that says forgot ea sports account or are making a one and when I made it it said invalid

For a company that earns over 1.6 billion as of 2021 (probably earns more now), there is absolutely no reason a game and companion app be this bad. You have the money. stop clowning people its been years and you still cant open packs in the app or sell players, not to mention when you do try to sell players the app sometimes glitches and puts them up for minimum despite putting your own price in. Unfathomable that most of the money is clearly just going to the higher ups that own the company. pigs.

Why still haven't y'all updated the programs list in the auction hub tab. You did it for sets but idk why y'all didn't update it for both. i’d also like y'all to try and let me put up a card, because when i try it usually says “not valid madden ultimate user.” Also one time it let me but not for the right price. It said the max was 15k but the cards median price was 300k. Lastly could y'all please let me open packs from the app too. It usually says not available or something.

I love how I can’t auction any of my players this is a waste of an app

Get used to the words “you are not a valid ultimate team user” when trying to list your cards.. it’s almost as if they’re trying to steal value from the consumer and are hiding behind “plausible deniability” when asked to address it.. weird considering they seem to think I’m valid enough when asking for money for bundles… this is just another in a long line of low quality EA output..

Not a single effort to update program categories since the launch. They just got the app going, set and forget it

Easily the worst and most dysfunctional app I’ve ever used. Nothing works as it should. Nothing is made more convenient bc of it. Nothing under franchise works at all. All it will do is increase your endless frustrations with the game. It’s a shame that Madden has turned into such a pay to play game and that with all of that revenue they can’t pay a team to make a decent working app. Simply pitiful.

If you’re looking to browse and buy auctioned cards in the Auction House for your Madden 24 Ultimate team, that’s pretty much all you can do with this app. Even so, the browsing, bidding, and buying processes are laggy. Search criteria’s aren’t up to date and errors pop up when you try to auction cards from your binder. The app itself sometimes doesn’t recognize the user’s account and requires a refresh or a complete close out and reopening of the app.

EA fails us once again! Can’t even load the app

I use the app for online franchise with friends to review who has played, other than that there is nothing beneficial. I was hoping for stats from the league, scores from each week with record updates, transactions and trades. I guess all that is too much to ask for…
