After contacting again the readingiq tech team were able to fix the problem and now we have access to all books For about 6 months we haven’t been able to access any books on the app except the ones he read before. I paid for the app and everything but haven’t been able to utilize it. I sent in several messages about this and the replies are always they are working on it? It’s very frustrating because it’s been a complete waste of my money

How do I unsubscribe

Honestly at this point in time I done more with getting it to run and being able to function. It will freeze and not read to you often. Book selection is very limited

ReadingIQ is probably the top reading app it is so cool but here is the thing you read a lot of books online that’s why I downloaded this app bye bye

Email support needs more effort

I renewed my daughter’s account but it doesn’t work on her iPad. I tried to manage my account on my phone and the page never loads. I contacted customer support but they couldn’t help me with the problem or even give me a refund.

I’ve canceled the subscription multiple times in multiple ways but still keep getting charged. I’ve emailed the developer and they haven’t successfully canceled the subscription yet. Terrible support.

The name IQ, itself, should set the bar high for good books to read. IQ is lacking in intellectual reading material!
