Love ZIP, probably the best pay in 4 apps out there always helps me manage my spending a lot better.

Support is nonexistent. After reaching out to the "escalations team" I have heard nothing back after 72 hours. This company and service is so unprofessional. Avoid at all costs.

I have been using Zip for over 5 years. It’s the easiest pay later app out there. I have had no problems at all. I have had no problem with high amount purchases. The highest I have done is $700 with no issues. Payments come out automatically, you can change payment date up to 3 or 5 days. One payment I was a day short from payday, just extended the date. Limits raise as you use it or if you pay a payment earlier. I started with $300, I’m at $1300 now. Awesome App

I’m so unhappy with zip right now since 4/11/24 I have been trying to update my phone number they asked for personal things like utility bill and phone bill for proof which is personal to me took my information and since then said the internal team will reach out by email. I kept asking to be connected to them but can’t . It doesn’t make any sense why is the process so long ? No one can even tell me that . Because of the updated number I’m unable to log in my account. Frustrating and very sad
