I’ve used this product in the past and it worked great with the app. Now that I’ve moved and tried to setup again the app doesn’t work the same. When I touch the edit icon the app closes and I cannot add a connection to the app. Very disappointing product.

I bought four of these lightbulbs off Amazon just a little while ago it was working fine then they did this new update now nothing works but just the red light only you really need to fix this 4 lights were not free for me

App keeps resetting to language that I do not understand and I have to keep going outside each night when my auto porch lights turn on to change color back to what I want. Terrible

They are cool and all but extremely limited to what you can do. Mine keep resetting to default red color. So I keep getting porch light red…doesn’t work for those auto on and off lights for this reason. But inside where you keep them on and set works fine.

So I saw this app was rated pretty bad when I first got it, and it worried me, I had trouble at first connecting the lights due to one reason the directions on the app forget to mention that when you connect them for the first time it has to be within 5 Seconds after turning the lights on. But you only have to do that ounce when you first get the lights. I also wish they put a mode that lets the lights go to white. The lights are clearly able to go to white because they go white on the color changing mode.

I will immediately change my rating to a 5 once you guys update to allow the user to choose -WHITE- What’s frustrating is when you choose “Gradual” or “Direct” and it starts changing through colors automatically, it cycles through perfect bright white! So, the bulb does have the ability to be white, but there just needs to be a button or something to access it. Please!

It worked perfectly when I followed LeeGGGGGGGGGG gave! The instructions need to be updated.

They are a little pricey, but not bad bulbs. I have 4 in a row on my garage, and when I switch modes, one or two bulbs takes a little longer to catch up with my command, or I just tap the command on the app a second time and it will work, same goes for changing the color. Fun to play with, and they’re bright enough, and have a lot of colors, but they forgot one thing. There is no white/yellow-white, for when of if you want a normal looking bulb. Also too tall for older fixtures.

I tried several times to get the bulb to work properly. I plug it in and it automatically turns on with a red flicker. But the bulb won’t connect to Bluetooth or there is no way to control the intensity of the flame or The color. No matter how many times I try to delete the app and reload nothing seems to work to get the bulb connected to my iPhone. It is not what it advert ties to be. It’s just a red flickering light.

App works well you basically have to figure it out on your own ....it needs to remember the last color setting and it would be perfect.....
