They don’t have nearly enough kanji. I was hoping the number would increase, but progress seems to have stagnated.

This app makes learning the radicals for hanzi, kanji, or hanja easy! The screen has the markings of the paper pages use to learn the scripts. The radicals are repeated enough that it is easy to remember the stroke order and meaning. There are a variety of native languages to choose from, so it is possible to learn some words from another language or use your own. Thank you for making such a wonderful app.

[Review of Chinese Hanzi option] I tried the Scripts app from Drops to compare with Skritter, and the block-like font is terrible. Also the color contrast is poor and makes for harder to memorize Chinese characters. Skritter is a far better options with the standard calligraphy font and black characters on a clean white background.

No Spanish but I enjoy learning Chinese and getting back into Japanese. Whereyouarechurch with New Life church, on YouTube is great for listening to English if you are interested in learning about God. Just thought I’d add this since we have been challenged to share with others. And, I do enjoy using this app for learning characters, pronunciation, and words to get familiar with and not have to write everything down. It is worth downloading. My daughter has this as well and she likes learning Russian. The lessons are not long either but if you need more practice there is a review session as well. Thanks for developing this app!

scripts would be great, but it’s hard to get through any character because it’s constantly penalizing me for not writing a character the EXACT way it expects. i’ll know the characters and how to write them, but the app consistently treats it as incorrect, even down to writing something as simple as a vertical line. it makes it anxiety-inducing because no matter what, you’re going to get it wrong. i’m honestly surprised when it DOESN’T treat me as wrong somehow. the devs need to improve this, and it’ll be great. i’ll wait for when they do because with how persistent it is i’d imagine it’s a known flaw. i’ll definitely use this app a lot once it’s fixed.

Well so I just downloaded this app hoping to learn some simple ASL, and I was excited to try it. So first things first the app wanted me to make an account, so I selected “login with the email” and entered my name, email, and password. It just said “incorrect username or password” even though I was trying to CREATE AN ACCOUNT. I tried adding a number to my password and it still didn’t work. Eventually I had to just create my account thorough google. Once I made my account I selected ASL, but it said that my learning time was up. I HADNT EVEN PLAYED YET. I gave the app 3 stars because I play drops and enjoy that, and I’m sure once I get more time it will be a good app.

The Japanese kanji have a number of errors, such as wrong stroke orders and completely missing strokes. While tracing the cursive forms of letters in Cyrillic and English it is constantly giving errors and making it extremely frustrating to use. Especially on forms that go back on themselves before progressing to the next part of the letter. Why would I be erasing the letter while practicing writing the stroke?

I’m trying to learn Japanese and this helps my writing sooooooooooooooooo much but there’s barely any time for me to do anything I do 5 characters and then times up! PLEASE GIVE MORE TIME
