Apps disconnected and now no longer works. Hasn’t worked connecting to phone in three weeks. Deleted app re installed doesn’t work. Screen lock is annoying, and the settings doesn’t save any of your inputs between uses
  • Great massage chair, terrible app

How did you guys engineer such a phenomenal massage chair, and then let someone’s 6 year old design your app? This thing is atrocious! The landscape view lock is annoying enough, but the app hasn’t been updated in 2 years (who does that!?) and after it struggles for several minutes to connect to my iPhone, it won’t even launch. Please! Hire someone competent to update this app. Your users deserve a functional app that was one of the selling points of this quite expensive, but very worth it massage chair. Thanks for Listening.
  • Missing features, stuck in landscape mode

First off, this supports an awesome massage chair. The developers however have missed some simple UI improvements that could help. App only works in landscape mode which makes it terribly hard to use with one hand. Please allow it to switch to portrait ( very simple fix ) Second, there are large functions missing from the app like the ability to extend and retract the feet. This is a button on the remote, why is it not in the app? Please guys release an updated version of this app and help out your loyal customers. It’s very possible to do way way better than this for a $7000-$1100 machine.
