Beta not available, no iCloud cal sync yet

The app listing doesn’t tell you that not even paid Zoho users are allowed to try out the app. I went through the trouble of authorizing the app on my Zoho account to then be told it’s in beta and I need to request access.
Why don’t you just list this app via the program for Apple Beta apps, “TestFlight” then, or mention that it’s a beta on the app listing.
Zoho has some great services and apps ... and some terrible services and apps ... they also “provide” phone tech support “service” for problems with my *paid* account ... BUT no one answered my call on the phone after waiting on hold more than **55 minutes** during standard business hours.... I left a message as instructed, and three days later still no one has replied.
I sent a tech support email request, and the tech responded to a very different question than the one I asked.
