For the past two months, I’ve tried to get this going and I’ve done paid twice for the service. I go to login and it tells me oops there’s something wrong with the service and I just paid for it about an hour ago and then when I went to look at my boy boyfriend’s phone number won’t even bring it up even bring it up. I either want my money back or fix my problem for I need to catch my boyfriend cheating.

Subscribed online for a $1 or so. I cancelled once j got the information I needed, I am still being charged $25 for something I did not want and did not sign up for. I have been getting spam calls constantly. They still charge you even after you cancel! Y’all are disgusting individuals

I never made a decision to subscribe. I want to know why they charge me 24.95. I need my refund. this is a mistake Then I said Ok. They charged me, I go in to see what it is and see if it works and they want to charge me 24.95 again, it is an abuse. they return my money

Read a review online that suggested app could do reverse phone number lookup for $1.99 per use. That sounded fine. Nothing in app store page contradicted this. Downloaded app and tried it. It insisted that I create an account (why???) providing my email and name. Then I tried a reverse phone number search. Was told the only way to proceed was to start a $24.99 per month subscription. No option for per-use payment. There is no way I am going to agree to a large recurring monthly subscription fee for a product I will only use occasionally. This should been disclosed on the app atore page so I could have avoided downloading the app in the first place. I will be deleting this app and avoiding it and all other similar apps which use these kinds of deceptive advertising practices and app design “dark patterns” to try to get users to subscribe to expensive monthly services they don’t want or need.

This Application Does Not Work For You , It Works Against You. This Application gathers your data and puts you in Jeopardy, of Fraudulent Activity,Payments and Transactions.

The app itself is great but the call-blocking feature doesn't work because it will not activate in the phone setting and is stuck with an external spinning wheel.

This app have to return my money back. No matter how many times I cancel my subscription they still charge me. They don’t wanna let you cancel your subscription and they don’t provide you with accurate information. I will give a -5⭐️ if possible.
