Not able to stream nor open the app. Says update is needed but won’t allow me to update.

It glitches to much, like,I literally can't watch enything!

Keeps logging me out when I am offline then I watch my things I downloaded but when I set my phone down couple times I go back on and it logs me out and it won’t load my downloads or let me go on it will just show black screen

It’s good but it needs like an auto play feature, also for some reason my downloads aren’t downloading even if I have space, (update) I keep getting signed out after midnight 🥀 if you don’t fix this you may lose a star (another update) my downloads keep expiring even when I haven’t watched them or if I close the app for a few hours 😔

Probably the worst, most unreliable, inconsistent and poorly made streaming app. Have had issues across multiple platforms. Trying to sign in today, and it REFUSES to move past the verification screen if I don’t accept marketing emails. Should be illegal.

charge to much…don’t care about customers…just a joke…seriously…some micky mouse junk of an app…you can afford castles but can’t afford to take care of your customers? cool…really cool

I love Disney + but when I opened the app one day it told me I had to get the newer version of it so I did when I went to the App Store it only had the open to Disney. I tried it one more time and did the same thing

Awful, the ads interrupt movies to either freeze before playing the ads or play the ads then freeze, the movie never resumes. This doesn’t happen if just playing a movie on the phone, not casting to a TV. Seems Disney doesn’t know that we cast movies to TVs, they think we play them only/mainly on the phones.

The app keeps freezing on commercials on my TVs and I have to watch the commercials again and again. Disney or Hulu. Time to go back to Prime.
