I loved this game but hate the ads. Purchased the ad free version. After an iPhone update I lost the ad free version. Tried to re download game but could not correct the issue. I contacted the company and they will not restore my purchase Bad or should I say “NO” customer service.

I bought the ad free version but all of a sudden I am getting ads again. Waste of my money.

I had a score of 1.6 million points. I accidentally started a new game rather than hitting continue. I need help

I purchased this app back in 2019, I know it’s been a while, but I bought it to NOT have to watch the adds. It’s very disappointing they will no longer honor that purchase. I’m not sure how to contact the company. None of the contact information on their web site is active. Is this a real company?

They offered for me to pay to go ad-free, and then decided to not give that to me any more & couldn’t explain why. I can guess - they wanted to make more money by making me start watching ads again. I won’t be playing this anymore.

The developers are scammers. They say when you purchase the game it would remove the pop up ads but it doesnt

A recent update now pushes ads in between continues, which completely disrupts the flow and makes the game unplayable. I would be happy to pay for the removal of ads, but that’s not an option.

I updated the app today and the ads have returned. I paid for the ad free version. I will update my rating once this is fixed which I hope will be soon because I play this game every day.

A few years back I started playing this game and when it became my go to kill a few minutes game I opted to pay to have no ads all of a sudden I’m getting ads again and there isn’t a restore purchases or anything like it to get rid of them again there isn’t even the no ads option to buy anymore truly disappointed

The game itself is good, but I paid for ad free and then started getting ads. There is no way to refresh or whatever to fix it, now I’m just stuck with ads, don’t pay for ad free, it’s a scam.
