Glad to have an app for the apartment. I should be able to pay rent a week or so ahead but I can’t. Setting autopay doesn’t account for the fluctuation water bill so that doesn’t actually help me. There’s a faster response to maintenance issues if I call the office so overall glad it exists but not super helpful.

The app is easy to use. Charging a service feed for using the app is too much. Rents in this place are already expensive enough for the quality of service this place gives. hallways are never cleaned. lights never work.Neighbors garbage on the hallways all the time. People smoking weed. noise neighbors at 2..3 am. 🤷🏻♀️ but we have to pay extra 10 dollars to pay rent.
