Easy to learn, intuitive, nice interface, excellent integration with mobile. Plus so mu ch cheaper than salesforce or any other CRM out there.

The pipeline view is not user friendly. Text is a bit big. Also would like a visionOS app to work from my Apple headset.

I used several CRM over the years. Bigin is really my favorite, easy to setup and to use. I like that you can use it for your deal flow all the way to closing on multiple level. And of course the price is much more affordable than others that give you the same or less functions. Would be great to be able to integrated with zoho workplace. hope its coming soon.
