    Support is worthless. I can enter my VIN and it pulls it up but when you save , it ALWAYS says try again later. That in turn won’t let you use the MAP feature in the console. Just worthless.

    This app messes with your CarPlay, slowing down connection. I ended up removing the app and now the iPhone and CarPlay are perfect.

    App was working fine. Then they made an update and now I am paying for the remote service and the app won’t let me use it. Its saying that i need to renew my already active subscription. Even when I go to re-renew it; it won’t let me because its active already…. Every since US got ahold of Toyota, their quality in EVERYTHING has hot the floor.

    This is the most unfriendly user app and when you call the customer service they cannot even fix things. No worth the money you will pay!

    Payment from the app is down. Still. How shall I pay you Toyota? Is the online version of my account a different login? I guess I’ll call your customer service line (if I can find the number). I’m assuming it will rob from me an hour of my life. Deliver what you promise. A stable, feature-rich, easy to use free app. And by free I mean built into the price of the vehicle. You should be embarrassed.

    Bad app. It had all my service history listed. Now it disappeared. What happened? Also a lot of errors and frozen screen. What can’t made this app reliable, like the cars you manufacture? Every update things change for the worst. Now maintenance records are gone.
