Thought it would be great to load money on this app to pay for Primo Water and the refil stations. DON’T do it. App rarely connects at the machines and you can’t contact customer service for help (always get errors…hmm maybe the help center just doesn’t want to support their customers). Avoid this app

Downloaded the app and added my cc info. Can’t get the app to work with the primo water machine. Super frustrating, going to delete the useless app.

I came across a vending machine that would not take cash at a hotel I stay at weekly for work. Downloaded app and only added five dollars which I’m never getting back. I guess the machine was acting up. So job luck that night. Two weeks later now. In open the app. Type in machine number and’s try to pay and it insist I pay with Apple Pay. Which I have five bucks on the app I want to use first. Will not allow me to. Do not waste your money. They made five bucks off of me and I’ll never get a drink or snack from either machine using the funds I added.

La aplicación parece que funciona, pero al llegar a la máquina para retirar el pedido y pagar, no reconoce la máquina, y tampoco funciona el pago directo con tarjeta, pero para comprar nos obligan a descargar esta aplicación tan nefasta, sin duda puede tratarse de estafas, recomiendo no usarla, he ir directo a una tienda física y comprar pero no usar máquinas dispensadoras con el dispositivo de MONYX. Además he solicitado la devolución de mi dinero que pagué de inmediato y ahora tardarán 5 días en devolvérmelo, y eso me parece muy sospechoso, y desagradable. ESTA NO ES UNA APP CONFIABLE

Absolute failure of an app. Used for things that should have a card reader themselves. The only way it would be useful is if every device in the world used the app so you already had it downloaded. Thankfully, have not seen it very often. Asks 60 questions sends emails and it’s generally painful to sign up for the entire purpose of paying a few dollars at a vending machine or other device. Did not accept card information either.

Seriously, why would anybody want this app? What’s its purpose? Anywhere that this app would work you could use Apple Pay. Furthermore, the phone numbers they list on their website go to some other company company called “lighthouse services”, not this company. That, and of itself, raises many many questions, far more than anyone should ever be comfortable with when sharing their credit card information. Uninstalling.

They get your phone number, email and credit card information, all in an app that won’t let you sign back in. It would not very and now I can’t sign back in. I’m now worried this is a scam.

A machine that accepts Apple Pay? I’m sold A machine that refunds your money in any case you added it to their card by mistake? IM SOLD. Thanks for this app to exist, I was able to buy what I wanted with no issues. And I just write this cuz the refund feature saved me, thanks a lot!!!
